We’d love for you to visit! Here is some info about what to expect when you visit the Worthington Church of Christ. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office if you have additional questions.

Sunday: Bible study at 10:00 am. Worship at 11:00 am.
Wednesday: Bible study at 7:00 pm.
When You Arrive
- We’re glad you’re here! We will not ask you to stand or single you out in any way.
- Open Seating. There are no assigned seats, so feel free to sit wherever you feel comfortable.
- Children are welcome! An unstaffed nursery is available to the right of the main auditorium seating. (It is currently underdoing an update, so please excuse the mess!)
- Casual or Dressy. There is no expectation for you to dress up—both casual and dressy are fine.
Our Worship
- Congregational singing. We sing a cappella, which means we do not have any instrumental accompaniment to our singing. Feel free to use our song books and sing along or just listen.
- Bible-centered preaching. Each week, we listen to a sermon from God’s word designed to explain the meaning of a portion of Scripture and apply it to our daily lives, helping us live lives that honor God.
- Communion. Every Sunday we remember Christ’s death and resurrection by eating unleavened bread and drinking fruit of the vine (grape juice). This time provides a few moments for personal reflection and prayer.
- Prayer. At several points in the worship service we are led in prayers, expressing our adoration of God, thanking him for his blessings, and asking for his continual guidance and aid.
- Giving. Giving is an important part of the way we express our worship to God. There are collection boxes for giving, but we do not expect our guests to contribute anything.
Wednesday Night Bible Study
- We meet on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. for an informal Bible study. We cover a variety of topics and books of the Bible. You are more than welcome to join us anytime!
