Scott and Thomas will co-teach this class, running from January through April. This class is Part 1; Part 2 will be from April to June 2026. In preparation for class each week, we encourage you to read the chapter we will be studying in advance and come prepared to discuss it.

Prayers in the Bible

Join us on Wednesdays for our current mid-week Bible study on Prayers in the Bible! In this class we will study inspiring prayers from great men and women of the faith like Hannah, David, Solomon, Hezekiah, Jehoshaphat, Ezra, Nehemiah, Daniel, and from our Lord Jesus Christ himself. This class will incorporate strands of history, biography, theology, and singing, with an emphasis on our own spiritual formation as we are inspired to grow in our prayer lives. The theme song for this class will be Father, Hear the Prayer We Offer, number 54 in our song books. Here is the schedule for the class.
